When we walk with God, the best is yet to come
Australian Defence Force Officer
We’ll join a serving Australian Defence Force Officer as he shares some personal experiences when facing, in partnership with God, the unseen enemy on the day to day spiritual battlefield.
Geoff was born in Semaphore, SA. He grew up in Taperoo and joined the RAAF as an apprentice at age 16. After serving in Wagga Wagga, Williamtown, Butterworth and Fairburn, God called him into Theological College, possibly to go to Thailand.
When pastoring at Mount Barker Baptist, Geoff was called to Westcare where he was ordained. He then pastored LeFevre and Katherine Baptist before a crash and burn. Since then he has mostly worked with alcohol, other drugs and mental health in indigenous communities across the region.
In 2016 Geoff was called to pastor the Peake and Sherlock Baptist Circuit. He is married with 3 daughters and 5 grand-children.
Michael is a middle child of five, born in 1961. Michael grew up in the Fulham area where he went to school and attended Lockleys Baptist for most of his early years. Leaving school at the end of 1978, Michael started as a Plumbing apprentice.
Michael has played for the Norwood Football Club where he was a premiership player in 1981, 83, 84 and 92. He played many state games for South Australia and became an SANFL life member in 1989.
Michael has been married for 30 years and has four children. He is currently worshiping at Edge Church for the last 15 years and has been leading their hospitality for the last 5 years.
Bishop Michael Musale
Married with three children, Bishop Michael Musale oversees congregations in Kenya and runs a school that shares the saving knowledge of Jesus and provides free education to 100 impoverished children.
