Individuals can utilise Steer 31 Account through Steer Incorporated for as little as $1000, or $500 for Students and individuals under 18 years of age.

We allocate the total amount loaned to us into a term deposit, first mortgage secured loan or bank bills. The interest accrued from your investment will allow Steer Incorporated to distribute periodic payments to the mission agency you choose to support.

The benefit of donating through Steer Incorporated means 100% of your contribution will reach those in need, no tax deducted.

There are no fixed periods for Steer 31 Account through Steer Incorporated, should you need to withdraw your loan (in part or whole) we will refund the amount with 31 days written notice (effective from 1st January 2017).

The Steer Incorporated Rental Property Partnership Program is designed for the owners of rental properties to support mission and outreach work in a more tax efficient way.

Do you own a rental property that could be utilised efficiently to strengthen the causes you love?

If you or your family own a residential, commercial or farming property The Steer Incorporated Rental Property Partnership could be something to consider.

When you rent your property to Steer incorporated for just a peppercorn amount of $1 per year, your financial contribution to mission agencies of your choice could be distributed from earnings of the rent paid by the tenants.

Steer Incorporated will be acting landlords on your behalf and rent out your property on the commercial market or to an existing tenant. It is recommended that when renting out your property, it be managed by a real estate agent nominated by you. However, in appropriate circumstances a private tenancy arrangement may be possible.

Steer Incorporated will take the responsibility for all your property costs including agent costs, municipal and water rates, insurance, body corporate fees, repairs and maintenance.

Having a positive owner experience is important to us, we make sure the process is managed professionally and efficiently to ensure supporting those in need is rewarding and hassle free.

Being a property owner, it is important to know that you will continue to benefit from the asset value of your property. There are no fixed periods for The Steer Incorporated Rental Property Partnership and the lease agreement with Steer Incorporated can be terminated by you at any time. However, the rental agreement with the tenant is subject to the normal tenancy laws applicable in the state concerned.
