[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Are you a farmer wanting to give but unsure of how you can help? We know you take pride in your produce and resources, so we want to team up to create a tax beneficial partnership that works for you.[/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion active_section=”1″][vc_tta_section title=”The Steer Incorporated Farming Partnership Program” tab_id=”farmers”][vc_column_text]The Steer Incorporated Farming Partnership Program is designed for farmers involved in breeding livestock, dairy, wool or crop production to support missions and outreach work in a more tax efficient way.

Livestock
Farmers enter a Stock Management Agreement with Steer and gift livestock to Steer, either at birth or at a later point.  The livestock is then raised and sold by the farmer on behalf of Steer.

When the livestock is sold, all income generated for Steer is distributed to mission and outreach organisations.

Crops
Farmers, orchardists and market gardeners lease a section of their property to Steer at a peppercorn rental under a Farm Lease Agreement.  They then sign a Share Farm Agreement with Steer under which they agree to raise a crop (grain, fruit, vegetables, etc) on the leased land.  The cost of producing the crop is covered by the share farmer’s share of the produce.

Where applicable Steer is registered as a grower with industry organisations such as AWB Limited.

All income generated for Steer is distributed to mission and outreach organisation.

If you are a farmer we would love to hear from you.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][/vc_tta_accordion][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_widget_sidebar sidebar_id=”program-page-sidebar”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
